Shipping

Please contact your local post office as they take care of the final delivery, If they do not have information yet the shipment is most likely still in transit.

Pending orders will take 2-8 business days to process (not including weekends or holidays) Plus an additional 4-5 business days for orders with custom shields.

International orders can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to arrive. Please keep checking the tracking number, it will update as soon as it reaches the next scan destination. Alternatively, you can contact your local post office as they may have the package ready for pick up.

The 2 to 3 business days on the website refer to processing time, not delivery time. Your order may take longer to reach you.

No, all items within an order will ship together. We do not separate shipments.

It's normal for a tracking number (either UPS or USPS) not to show any activity up to 3 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email, as the labels are made and printed prior to the order being packed and shipped via our warehouse. If you see no movement after 4 or 5 days, please contact our Six-Star Customer Service team.

If you're using First Class shipping for an international shipment, it does not include real time tracking updates.

Orders are processed during business hours (M-F 8:30AM-5PM PST). Orders placed outside of this time are processed the following business day (i.e. orders placed on Friday night are processed the following Monday).

As per the regulations in your region, you may be responsible for any VAT/Import Taxes/Duties/Brokerage fees or other fees. These are added after shipment from V-MODA.

On/Over-Ear headphones ship with USPS Priority shipping. Other items ship USPS First Class.

We ship worldwide with the exception of the following countries China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam

Discounts are only eligible for the product you selected on the form. We are able to update the form as long as the discount has not been used.

Both Products come in very similar box, Codex Edition will have (Supports AAC and AptX) on the bottom right hand side of the box. The SKU will also be different. Crossfade 2 Codex Edition will say XFBT2A.
