If you're using the black balanced cable it is only compatible with recording interfaces that offer a balanced audio source. If your interface does not offer a balanced audio source you’ll have to use the 1 button cable.

We do not offer replacement spare parts. However if your headphone is still within warranty, we will be happy to process a warranty replacement.

If your headphones are still within the 1 year warranty we recommend submitting a warranty form in the link below and sending the headphones in for replacement.

We sell replacement cushions for our Crossfade series line under Accessories. For Crossfade series we offer our Over-Ear Cushion and the XL cushions as well.

Headband deterioration can happen due to different factors such as the oils in your hair or skin, sweat and most commonly hair product. It's best to wipe down the headband before storing the headphones away for long periods of time.

The 60-day test drive allows you to try out the product for 60 days when purchased from our website ( If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, you may return it within the 60-day period for a 100% refund of the purchase price.

The wait time for headphone repair is around 1-2 weeks.

Wireless headphones come with a 1 year warranty and wired headphoens come with a 2 year warranty for manufacturing defects

We currently do not offer a paid repair service, though what we can offer you is our Immortal Life Program, which gives you a discount on on a new headphone purchase.

Please head over to the Immortal Life Program page and fill out the form. You will receive a PDF with your Upgrade ID. Please reply with the Upgrade ID and wait for further instructions. Do not mail the headphones in, we will send additional information once we verify your Upgrade submission.

Immortal Life Program lets you trade in your old pair of headphones for a 20% flat discount across a participating headphones.

If your headphones have been overused or broken, and fall outside the warranty period, we offer a coupon towards the purchase of a comparable headphone model.

Try resetting the headphones. Un-pair from all devices. While on, Hold the - and + buttons at the same time for 7 seconds until the headphones beep. Re-pair to a single device and test your headphones. Let me know if this solves your issue.
