The Immortal Life Program, which offers a discount on your next V-MODA product purchase to existing V-MODA customers, will end on January 31, 2026, and will not be available to customers who purchase V-MODA products after the date. However, users who possess a receipt proving their purchase by January 31, 2026, will still be eligible for the discount program until July 31, 2026.

1. Prepare the receipt from your previous V-MODA product purchase.
2. Purchase a new V-MODA product and obtain the receipt
3. Contact the support team via the Contact page, stating that you wish to participate in the Immortal Life Program. Follow the instructions provided by the support team and submit both receipts (from steps 1 and 2).
4. You will receive a 20% cashback on the price of one V-MODA headphone listed on the second receipt.

Note:

• Products purchased at a price other than the regular price or second-hand products are not eligible for steps 1 and 2 above.
• As before, the program is only available in select regions. It is not available in the following countries/regions: China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand,United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam.
• The M-100 PRO and M-10 are excluded from the Immortal Life Program. Therefore, if the receipt mentioned in step 1 is for an M-100 PRO or M-10, this program cannot be used. However, if the new product purchased in step 2 is an M-100 PRO or M-10, a 20% discount will still be applied as described in step 4.
• Shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties for product delivery will be borne by the customer.

V-MODA no longer offers customized shields for headphones at this time, including printing and engraving of logos and designs. Also, color shields will no longer be available after our current stock is depleted.
