Our midrange frequencies have been sculpted to properly represent the music you listen to while not sounding fake our over emphasized. Our mids are smooth, our highs are crisp and our bass extends deep so you can hear music the way you want it to be heard.

| Q: I am not getting enough bass in my headphones, why? |
| A. It is possible that the seal in the fitting is not good. Try a larger fitting or check to see if the bass setting has been turned down on your listening device. |

| Q: I cannot hear out of one ear, why? |
| A. Check to see if your balance on your audio device is set to the middle. If this is set correctly than check your connection. If everything is ok you may have a faulty set of headphones. |

| Q: Will putting your headphones in damage my ears? |
| A. When our product is used correctly it should not damage your ears. Please see the disclaimer about listening too loud or where it is in a violation or dangerous situation. |

| Q: Will your headphones work on my first generation iPhone? |
| A. Yes, to an extent. When apple announced its iPhone we at v-moda worked to conform to the small audio input jack on the iphone. Currently all of our headphones released since the iphone has been released have been compatible. |
